Current Mood: on alert
As you may or may not know, I take my zombie lore fairly seriously. I've studied zombies on paper, in cinema, and other forms of media. I've plotted out outbreak scenarios and formulated contingency plans, and as a result recently finished my first zombie novel (The Next Most Dangerous Game). I've begun evaluating potential groomsmen for my upcoming wedding based on fitness against the zombpocalpyse, like somebody I know once did.
My roommates and I even have a rule that any strange noises/shambling figures between the hours of midnight and 8am can and will be treated as hostile creatures looking for food. Destroy the brain first, ask questions later.
SO. Pranksters of the world, take note: this shit is not even remotely funny.

So Epilogue 2 was the final chapter? I guess I'll never know what "project DZ" was....
ReplyDelete"that shit" is hilarious! Did you hear about the UK promo for RE5 too?

And though I do not own a real gun (see Nerf), I'd contend to say I have a pretty good weapon in my place to fend off the zeds: my mic stand. You could keep the bottom on, but I think I'd prefer to unscrew and lance their heads.
Paul - Epilogue 2 was the "final" chapter, but I'm probably going to post some bonus content. I had so much fun with the novel and have had a pretty good response, so I'm thinking of a sequel. If I don't do it, I'll share with the world what "DZ" was.
ReplyDeleteScott - I like the RE5 promo! I only didn't like the fake article because there was no indication is was a joke, and the masses are too stupid for me to trust them like that.
Mic stand is an okay weapon - sturdy, but swinging would be hard in a confined urban area and would tire you out, and lancing would mean sharpening it, right?
