The computer saga continues.

An error on my part. "Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping" does not mean "as soon as you click order, you will have a computer on your doorstep in exactly 48 hours or less." It means "when we get around to putting it all together and filling your order, we'll aim for two days shipping time." Which means I'm not fretting over opening my computer, just to look at it, or leaving it alone.........it means I'm fretting over it being here by FRIDAY, the day I leave.

Spent the entire weekend with David and Eric. Saw "The Village" and "Predator 2" and loved both. Friday before I leave will probably be the last time I see most of these guys, and I think I'm gonna go see AVP to celebrate.

In a moment of blatant dawning realization, watching Eric play NASCAR at David's house made me realize that even though I can't fly, I would love to play my flight sim. I rushed home to find out that the game I was positive I had was gone. Vanished. I almost never lose anything, so I'm thinking that back in the day when I had it, I realized I didn't know how to work it, and must've sold it or traded it. *kicks himself violently* So now, right before college when I need to save every penny I have, I want to buy a new $30 dollar computer game, and/or $200 worth of flight controllers and pedals. *sigh*

Such is life. Right now, I really need to buckle down, do some work, earn some money, organize my college stuff, and get the remaining rogue items for my dorm.

Perhaps a last week focus will keep me from feeling loopy, confused, distracted, and upset like today.

Oh, and I need a haircut.
