Ok, what the crap just happened. Today is Halloween. Not a single word has been said from the faculty or administration prior to today dismissing or encouraging costumes or goofy stuff like that. However, 1st bell this morning saw an announcement to the effect of "we didn't say anything about it but you know we don't do Halloween stuff around here".....they then preceeded to round up the costumers and sent them to the office. I brought my Incredible HULK :::HULK SMASH::: hands just to be goofy (everybody knows my obsession with the awesomeness of the HULK). Instead of happiness, however, we've got a bunch of Hallow-Grinch-een people in the office that insist on squenching the fun of Halloween. I can see if somebody came in as the Grim Reaper with a 6 foot sickle.......that's a little much, but c'mon, HULK hands? I should not be afraid to wear something like that. True, I could wear the hands as a sense of defiance, but really, c'mon..........I'm such a rule follower it makes me sick.
