Sat mid-afternoon/early evening
Had to follow Harrison to our resturaunt, Prima Vista (downtown). All I have to say about the ride down is that MY car has never, ever, been wrung inside out, backwards, forwards, u-turned, and gone past 80 miles per hour (we topped out at 95) before with me behind the wheel. We managed to drive all around, through the no-so-good parts of downtown Cinci. Kristen suggested we all stop to figure out where we were going, but I said no because as the driver, it was my responsibility to everybody in the car to make sure they didn't get drunk or shot. Once we got there, I was suprised to find that I had never eaten at such a fine dining establishment. For once, it was nice to be served, in a room where everybody could eat without straws or diet modifications (think about where I work- a nursing home kitchen). I had chicken gorgonzola.........it was ok, but gorgonzola is a dern strong cheese. It goes without saying that I took care of the bill. As we were leaving, we saw an awesome stretch Hummer.......makes me want to find a stretch Corvette for next year, except for that would cost me a month's salary. After the dinner, we left to drive around the city for a bit. We stopped at Playhouse in the Park to take some pictures overlooking Cinci. The whole night, I refused to let Kristen open her own door. By the way Jason, I'm so sorry I accidentally left without you, I thought you were in the car- I stopped though, right? After that, we left to go back to Prom at the Oasis Conference Center. Harrison actually drove semi-legally the way there.
