Current Mood: annoyed
I'm roughly halfway through my big music clean, having been stuck on "The" bands for the greater portion of the evening.
I think the practice of holding your cell phones aloft and waving them during a concert is pretty fucking lame. Back in the days of rock, people used to hold lighters aloft and it was a thing of beauty. Now we've got a sea of LCDs to illuminate Panic! at the Disco or Fall Out Boy.
That said, if I ever see one of these *, I'm gonna hit somebody.
*In their defense, the website I found that on (Geekologie) usually has some pretty cool stuff.

ReplyDeleteAt Weird Al's concert, he actually told you to get out your cell phones and do that, during one song (about cell phones... you had to be there).
Weird Al can do it, because he's cool and parodies life in general.
