Yeah, right. Like I'd go to Cancun.
Now that I have your attention............
I really haven't done much but relax this break, here at home. I've accepted the fact that I'm uber behind. I'm not going to kill myself and make up every assignment. I'm just going work hard, and then take the AP tests and hope for the best. Life does not end if you don't do your calculus.
Things I've done:
*Read an amazing (and very self-satisfying) 1200 pages of books. Not a page was for AP english.
*Beat Age of Mythology: The Titans campaign (only 12 missions though, vs. 32 in the original..........kinda disappointing)
*Saw "The Punisher" with my grandma on Friday (Bradley went too). VERY good movie. Very action-y, very serious and very very good. Restored my faith in superhero movies (HULK- where did we go wrong??). You must all see it. Now.
*Hunted down the elusive "Queen's Greatest Video Hits 2," the companion to the gift Kristen gave me on my 17th birthday. Disturbing, yes, but ultimately Queen- I love it. Adds to the collection.
*Bradley had taken to collecting old-school N64 stuff. Perfect Dark, Vigilante 8, Battletanx, and of course, Super Smash Brothers have absorbed hours, every day.
*Speaking of video games, I bought Ikaruga, solely on Andy's word, and it turns out to be one of the most amazingly complex and difficult fighter-pilot games I've ever seen/played. It's my current obsession. Speaking of fighter pilots.......I miss flying (especially with this gorgeous weather).
I've managed to do a little of my SEAP, but I'll probably put off most of my homework till Sunday night/Monday morning.
