WOW........today, work was actually pretty cool. Even though I almost overslept, I got to work with my buddy Don at work. Originally, I had to work with Erin, but she wasn't feeling well, and Don came in for her (mostly because he is in love with another girl in the ktichen, Kathy, but that's another story). Anwyay, Don (the kitchen guy) managed to get Don (the maintenance guy) to fix our dishmachine. w00t! The best part, however, was in between breakfast and lunch when Don let me drive his vintage Corvette around the parking lot. It was so freaking awesome. The way the seat is way back and way low makes it feel like you're in a fighter cockpit. He even told me to floor it..........it was like unleashing a tiger.......that's been cooped up for a week without any food.........it almost made me sad to drive my own car. Oh well......Don said it was practice for when I get my own.
