I think I like flying because it encompasses so many different things. Learning to fly isn't just "click this button, steer this way, fly like this, ect." It's much more complicated. I really enjoy learning about all the parts of aviation. A big part of aviaton is weather. Pilots need to understand weather fronts, clouds, precipitation, weather reports, temperature, winds, and many other factors. Another part of flying is mechanics. It's not just enought to know how an airplane flies, but pilots are trained to understand at least basic principles of the engines and systems on board the aircraft. Physics is another part (lift, aerodynamics, propusion, drag, ect.), as is navigation (pilots have roadmaps........sort of......they have heights and numbers instead of streetnames, but there are definitely similarities). I love every bit of it. :)
